*From Good Shepherd: On Sunday, June 28 Good Shepherd is planning an Enhanced Coffee and Fellowship for our Rev. Di and her husband Garth on the occasion of their last day before going on vacation for two months. We’d like to warmly invite folks from Trinity United to join us in wishing them Bon Voyage; this will be the first Sunday celebrating our summer joint worship services.
Outreach News: This year Trinity will be offering support to 1JustCity for their major fundraising event, the Garden Tour, Tea, Craft and Bake Sale which will be held on June 20 at Norwood Community Centre from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please see the attached poster for more information. CONGRATULATIONS to Lily Hemlow!! This past weekend was the Manitoba Highschool Provincial Track Meet held at the U. Of M. Outdoor track. She won Gold on Friday in the Junior Varsity 1500m, then came second in the 800m heats on Saturday, and then won Gold in the 3000m on Sunday morning. And then she fought through a hip injury and won Silver in the 800m finals.

We are grateful for all those who are offering assistance with practical needs and emotional support in these times, including churches, agencies, individuals, governments and neighbours.

Opportunities to serve: There are many volunteer opportunities in the ministry at Trinity. If you are able to offer the gift of time, please let us know. There are opportunities, to serve on committees, to help with one time special events, help serve at funeral lunches and fellowship coffee, to help with technology, read scripture, offer prayers, sing in the choir, to work at bombers games, help with Sunday School and Youth, etc. Please prayerfully consider these opportunities and be in touch with the office: 204-269-1632 or tuc@mymts.net
