In our Prayers

We join Prairie to Pine Region in praying “for students heading to school and university this week, some for the first time, and the bus drivers, support workers, teachers and professors that engage in that system; those whose return to learning situations has been complicated by their still being in evacuation locations or by labour disputes.” We wish all our students much success in their studies and other endeavors this year.

We pray for those facing health challenges:
We pray for Connie Fillion who is now recovering at home as she deals with health issues. She appreciates our prayers and expresses thanks for the cards, calls and visits during her hospital stay.
We continue to pray for  Damber’s family – Sumi as she continues her recovery following cancer treatment, for Sumi’s three nieces Ameera, Anupaa, and Anuka in the camp in Nepal and for Damber’s mother, Dhan Khadka as she faces health issues. Damber and Sumi are grateful for the prayers and support of the congregation.

From Prairie to Pine Region:  Please hold in prayer the following communities of faith: Our Ministry Education Institutions
Oak lake (Griswold, Oak Lake); Virden; St. Charles-Headingley

🏈 Next Winnipeg Blue Bomber fundraiser game is Saturday September 6 🏈

🏈🏈🏈 GO BOMBERS 🏈🏈🏈

JOIN TOGETHER AND WELCOME EVERYONE BACK to Trinity this fall 🍂 by attending and contributing to a pot-luck luncheon 🍉 following the service on September 14th, 2025. A poster and sign-up sheet are posted in the narthex.

West Broadway Ministry is no longer providing meals to their guests.  They do provide a take and go bag lunch.  For that purpose, they only need sandwich fixings
(canned meat, tuna, peanut butter, etc,) granola bars, and fruit cups. Please adjust your donations in the grocery cart accordingly.  Thank you!

🌼🌹 Volunteers needed: Lenore has been working in the flower beds on both the east and west side of the church. She is asking for volunteers to help with the weeding and watering. Volunteers are asked to sign up for a week or two over the summer months. If you are able to help please call the church office. Lenore will be happy to let you know what needs to be done. 🌹🌼
