In our Prayers:
A celebration of life was held at TUC for Dennis Handford on July 14, 2025. We continue to hold the family in prayer.
We pray for the family of Bill Munro as they mourn his death and prepare for his celebration of life service.
We pray for Ethel Campbell as she recovers at home following hip surgery.
We pray for Connie Fillion who is in hospital dealing with health issues.
Ellen Johnson expresses her gratitude for the prayers as she has been dealing with health issues. She is grateful for a return home following a period of hospitalization.
We pray for Bernice Gregory who is dealing with health issues.
We pray for Sumi as she continues her recovery following cancer treatment. We pray for Sumi’s three nieces Ameera, Anupaa, and Anuka in the camp in Nepal as they need support for their security and protection. We pray too for Damber’s mother, Dhan Khadka as she faces serious health issues. Damber and Sumi are grateful for the prayers and support of the congregation.
We pray for Priest Jennifer Sisson, Good Shepherd Anglican (GSA) and her family as she retires.
From Prairie to Pine Region:
Please hold in prayer the following communities of faith: Hartney-Lauder; Johnston Garrioch Memorial; Selkirk
From Outreach:
NEW: Summer time means a building blitz for Habitat for humanity. We will be collecting baked goods, fresh fruit granola bars and bags of chips for a coffee break August 11.
All baking must be nut free and individually wrapped. Cookies can be in packs of 2. Fruit should be washed and wrapped.
We will have a collection from July 27 – August 10. Thank you for your support.
*Please be aware that West Broadway Ministry is no longer providing meals to their guests. They do provide a take and go bag lunch. For that purpose, they only need sandwich fixings (canned meat, tuna, peanut butter, etc,) granola bars, and fruit cups. Please adjust your donations in the grocery cart accordingly. Thank you!

60th Anniversary Celebrations
During the 60th Anniversary of Trinity celebration, members of the congregation were invited to write their fond memories of Trinity. Over 60 cards with memories were collected over the weeks of the celebration. The committee has decided to share these memories in the announcements over the next 6 weeks.
Here is this week’s compilation of your treasured memories of Trinity:
* Today‘s hymn sing service — great
* Our memories, they are not as great as our future with God
* Study groups
* Debating various questions with Bill Cross in afternoon Bible Study
* He was excellent at clarifying many issues for me – wonderful person and scholar. A treasure and I miss him.
* All the musical concerts and special guests. I still play my Jon Buhler CD and feel uplifted every time.
* Community garden
