The worship committee has arranged for a variety of exciting worship leaders for May, June and July while Elizabeth is away on sabbatical leave. You’ll be hearing from ew voices and familiar ones and we invite you to watch these emails for details; you won’t want to miss a single Sunday!
On June 26, 2022 the Outreach Garden Group will provide leadership in worship.
For July and August, TUC will join with The Church of the Good Shepherd Anglican (\GSA) in worship as we have in the past. All summer services will start at 9:30 a.m. The summer schedule is included below:

All services will be in person. TUC will continue to also record worship and the link will be sent out to both TUC and GSA. GSA will offer services on Zoom – the service will only be available on Zoom at the time of the service. The link will be sent in the regular Thursday worship email but will not be active until just before 9:30 a.m. If attending in person please remember to bring your vaccination card and wear a mask. GSA offers Eucharist/Communion in all their services. If you are joining from home, you are encouraged to to “prepare your own table” at home with bread, juice and perhaps a candle if desired to make a sacred place. You are encouraged to visit outside following the service.
Sermon by phone: Over the summer, sermon by phone will only be available for the services offered by TUC. Call a local number 204-410-1384 to join.
Bomber Fund Raiser: Thank you to all who have volunteered for this fund raiser. We have enough volunteers for the game on June 24. We are still looking for volunteers for June 15, August 25, September 10 and 30 and October 8 and 28.
The Fellowship Committee is looking for a volunteer coordinator for funeral luncheons. The coordinator will: communicate with the family to decide on the type of lunch they wish to have served and the costs involved (options are in the brochure); call upon volunteers (from list provided) to help set up before hand, serve during, and clean up following the luncheon; order and arrange for the food to be brought to the church; submit all bills to the office for reimbursement and notify the office of the cost to the familyfor invoicing. Many of our programs and user groups are taking a break over the summer months and will resume in the fall. Keep checking here for any happenings.
Watch for dates for Holy Yoga (Saturday at 10:00) after the long weekend in July.
Trinity Walkers: From Maryann Koop: Currently the time of the walk is variable. Suggestions are always welcome – time and place are flexible. If you have a favourite place to walk, let me know and we will arrange a time to walk together. If you would like to receive emails about the walks, please call the church office or Irma and Maryann will call you and add you to the contact list for information about where and when we are walking.
