We welcome and thank Amy Wood for sharing her reflection for this week. Thank you to Carolyn Pierson for leading us in worship.Thank you to Harry Johnson for managing the videography while Tom is taking a much deserved break.
Elizabeth is away on vacation from June 14-July 5. For pastoral emergencies please contact Rev. Paul Campbell by calling 204-805-6627

Here is a note from the General Council office:
We are heartbroken by the news coming out of Kamloops, as we know many people are—and now by the news from the Cowessess First Nation in Saskatchewan. Please continue to hold space for all our Indigenous relations as the true extent of the findings becomes clearer. Moderator Richard Bott and Executive Minister, Indigenous Ministries and Justice Murray Pruden have written a message to the people of The United Church in Canada in response to the Kamloops Residential School graves discovery. You may find these prayers helpful as well.

Sunday is the last day to respond to the survey! Thank you to all who have completed it. For those who have not had the opportunity to respond to the survey re online worship experiences, we value your input and invite you to complete it.  The anonymous survey is available at   If you need assistance completing the survey or would like a paper version of the survey or want to do it on the phone, please contact the TUC office at 204-269-1632 and someone will call you. This survey will close on: June 27, 2021.

Shared Summer Worship Services
Trinity has joined with Westminster, Spirit Path, Transcona Memorial and UC in Meadowood to offer shared worship for the summer months (July 4th to August 22nd). Each week will be led by a different church and every church will take part in each week’s service; this may be in the form of music, prayers, scripture reading or reflection. The link to the service will be sent out on Thursday in the regular email; each service will be uploaded to “Sermon by Phone”, and will be available in the regular way we access online worship. We hope you join with your friends to worship in the Shared Summer Worship Services!

Watch for the link for Sunday July 4th in the worship email sent on Thursday July 1st, access it when you’re able to participate and enjoy seeing our neighbour’s worship space!

We are seeking to hire an Office Administrator/Receptionist for 25 hour/week effective August 2, 2021. Anyone interested is invited to contact the office or send their resume to or to call 204-269-1632. Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2021.

We are looking for someone to help out with the payroll duties for Trinity. Everything is now online and tasks are twice a month. Please be in touch with Gerta or the office if you would like to help out or know someone who has these skills or might want to learn.

Bomber parking fund raiser is on!! The board approved this fund raiser at their June meeting. Typically we are asked to be there 2 hours ahead of game start time and we work for approximately 7 hours. An email will be sent out to all who have participated in the past to determine your ability to participate this year. Note: all Provincial and Federal health protocols will be followed. A reminder that we continue to collect fruit, granola bars and juice boxes for West Broadway Ministry. The cart is typically outside form 9-11 on Sunday for donations. Or call the church at 204-269-1632 (leave a message) to arrange alternate times to drop off donations.

Sermon by Phone: Listen to the recording of Sunday worship each week by calling a local phone number (204 410 1384); please share this information with your friends who don’t have internet access; the recording is uploaded each week on Thursday and will be available until the following Wednesday.

Many of our programs are taking a break so everyone can enjoy being outside (and not at our computers!) and will resume in the fall. Yoga continues to be offered on Zoom; please be in touch with Irma or Wynn if you wish to join in.
Holy Yoga: Saturdays at 10-11am; followed by coffee, if you wish to stay on.
SSCFFyoga: Mondays at 3-4pm (will break for the summer after June 28).

Know that we are praying for each one of you as you find your way through this time. If you have comments, suggestions, or any thoughts about worship or how you’re doing, please be in touch. Trinity is here for you and we will respond. May you know God’s presence and peace with you as we continue to move through this new reality,

Because of the Provincial Health order moving Manitoba to “Red” and closing all religious buildings, the Executive has postponed in person, indoor worship, and closed the building to all user and church groups; staff will be in for specific tasks but mainly working from home; our non-essential building is limited to 5 people for specific tasks.
