A note about worship for this Sunday May 30, 2021: the Worship Committee invites everyone to the Region Worship Service “Our Place in the Rainbow”, a service of worship to celebrate Prairie to Pine becoming an Affirming ministry. Join with church folks from all over Manitoba and northwestern Ontario on Sunday May 30 10-11:30am and bring some bread (or something to eat) and juice or water to celebrate communion. This link will be live at 10am on Sunday morning: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC79A2-hDDSmRsurCvDu-ePw
There will be no service from Trinity for this Sunday
Gerta De Jong, Karen Wall and Elizabeth are attending the Region Annual Meeting May 28-29, held on Zoom.
Have you wondered how worship services at Trinity are produced? Would you like to learn how to record services for Trinity? We are looking for volunteers who would like to learn how to record using the new video camera, sometimes edit the recording, and upload the recording to youtube. Although it sounds difficult, with a few lessons, you can master the fine art of this important part of our online worship experience! Please be in touch with Elizabeth if you’d like to explore this opportunity.
We are looking for someone to help out with the payroll duties for Trinity. Everything is now online and tasks are twice a month. Please be in touch with Gerta or the office if you would like to help out or know someone who has these skills or might want to learn.
Terry and Nancy DeLong are pleased to announce that Terry’s (step) grand-daughter had a baby girl, Emilia, on May 20. Mother and baby are doing well!! They now await the arrival of another grand-child in the near future, as Terry’s son, Ryan’s wife Mackenzie is due sometime in the next month, with their first child. Congratulations!

Scripture: Scripture: Acts 2:17-18: In the last days it will be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. Even upon my slaves, both men and women, in those days I will pour out my Spirit; and they shall prophesy..
Know that we are praying for each one of you as you find your way through this time. If you have comments, suggestions, or any thoughts about worship or how you’re doing, please be in touch. Trinity is here for you and we will respond.
May you know God’s presence and peace with you as we continue to move through this new reality,
Elizabeth
Because of the Provincial Health order moving Manitoba to “Red” and closing all religious buildings, the Executive has postponed in person, indoor worship, and closed the building to all user and church groups; staff will be in for specific tasks but mainly working from home; our non-essential building is limited to 5 people for specific tasks.
