Moment from Trinity for Tuesday, May 18, 2021

Here is the message from Elizabeth: https://youtu.be/KqTHnNPTXIs

Thank you to Rev. Paul Campbell for covering for Elizabeth who was on study leave.

A big THANK YOU to all our Trinity family for your gifts of a Candle with Care and your heartfelt words of sympathy and love, so freely given upon the passing of Ruth’s father.  Your support and care have touched us and blessed us during this time of loss.  Sincerely, Ruth and Arnold Graham

Please note that on Monday, May 24 the office will be closed for Victoria Day.

Have you wondered how worship services at Trinity are produced? Would you like to learn how to record services for Trinity? We are looking for volunteers who would like to learn how to record using the new video camera, sometimes edit the recording, and upload the recording to youtube. Although it sounds difficult, with a few lessons, you can master the fine art of this important part of our online worship experience! Please be in touch with Elizabeth if you’d like to explore this opportunity.

We are looking for someone to help out with the payroll duties for Trinity. Everything is now online and tasks are twice a month. Please be in touch with Gerta or the office if you would like to help out or know someone who has these skills or might want to learn.

Scripture: Romans 8:26-27: Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but that very Spirit intercedes with sighs too deep for words. And God who searches the heart, knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints.

Know that we are praying for each one of you as you find your way through this time. If you have comments, suggestions, or any thoughts about worship or how you’re doing, please be in touch. Trinity is here for you and we will respond.

May you know God’s presence and peace with you as we continue to move through this new reality,

Elizabeth

Because of the Provincial Health order moving Manitoba to “Red” and closing all religious buildings, the Executive has postponed in person, indoor worship, and closed the building to all user and church groups; staff will be in for specific tasks but mainly working from home; our non-essential building is limited to 5 people for specific tasks.
