Moment from Trinity for Tuesday April 13, 2021

Here is the short video from Elizabeth to accompany this message:

Have you wondered how worship services at Trinity are produced? Would you like to learn how to record services for Trinity? We are looking for volunteers who would like to learn how to record using the new video camera, sometimes edit the recording, and upload the recording to youtube. Although it sounds difficult, with a few lessons, you can master the fine art of this important part of our online worship experience! Please be in touch with Elizabeth if you’d like to explore this opportunity.

The tax receipts were sent by email or by regular mail for those without internet access in January 2021. If you haven’t received your tax receipt or you are unable to print it, please be in touch with the office ( and we’ll be sure you receive it. thank you!

Here are the readings for this Sunday April 18, 2021 and the one we’re focusing on are in bold: Acts 3:12-19; Psalm 4; 1 John 3:1-17; Luke 24:36b-48

For those of you missing the quilt photos, here’s a recent addition by Dagmar:
I have finally finished the king size quilt. It has been in my UFOS for a little while. I am so pleased with the way it turned out. I even have the label on it!! Go me! The overall size is 81 x97 using a jelly roll and background fabrics . This is one of the biggest quilts I have made and quilted. It was fun!

Scripture: 1John 3:1-2: But friends, that’s exactly who we are: children of God. And that’s only the beginning. Who knows how we’ll end up! What we know is that when Christ is openly revealed, we’ll see him—and in seeing him, become like him.

Prayer: Loving God, as we celebrate the risen Christ in our world, may we share your love with all we meet. As Easter people, may we know your spirit alive in the world!  Amen.

May blessing, peace and the knowledge that we are not alone on this journey; may God be a part of our week as we wander through our challenging days and evenings, knowing the spirit of God is part of all our experiences! May we all remember God in a way that keeps us going and be strong and be kind, loving and compassionate.

Please note: because of the Provincial Health order, the Executive decided to continue to postpone in person, indoor worship, and close the building to all user and church groups; staff will be in for specific tasks but mainly working from home; all home visits are postponed until further notice. Be safe and be well.
