VIRTUAL AUCTION DEADLINE – The planning for Trinity’s Virtual Auction is in its final stages. We have received some amazing, creative and fun items and activities for the auction, and we are excited for you to see what is available.

In order to have sufficient time to prepare the auction for an on-line platform, the Auction Committee has placed a deadline of this coming Friday, January 15th as the last day to receive auction donations. If you would like to donate an offering to the auction, please contact Dale Kendel at bdkendel@shaw.ca or Karen Wall at kwall@mymts.net by no later than this Friday.Your donation should be described as specifically as possible. Also, if it is an item, an actual picture of the item or an internet image facsimile would be appreciated. You may also want to offer your opinion as to the “Buy Now” price and the “Minimum Bid” price for your offering.

Do you have any used cross country ski equipment, skates or snowshoes laying around? If so, please consider donating them to our “Winter Equipment” sale. There has been a shortage of used cross country ski equipment(skis, poles and boots), skates and snowshoes in Winnipeg and we figured that our congregation may have some laying around collecting dust. These will be taken as donations and sold, with 100% proceeds going to the church. Please make sure they are in saleable condition(not broken). Any model or size will be accepted(old 3 pin styles are selling as well). If you have anything to donate or any questions, please contact Stephanie Hemlow at stephie_rvd@msn.com. Deadline for equipment donations will be Sunday, January 31st. The earlier you can get them in the better as people can start using them for physical and mental wellness. Thank you and keep safe!

Many of our programs continue on zoom by internet connection or by phone: contact Irma or Elizabeth to join in!
Bible Study: Mondays at 7-8pm
Holy Yoga: Saturdays at 10-11am; followed by coffee, if you wish to stay on
SSCFFyoga: Mondays at 3-4pm; exercise: Wednesdays at 10:30-11:30am

Know that we are praying for each one of you as you find your way through this time. If you have comments, suggestions, or any thoughts about worship or how you’re doing, please be in touch. Trinity is here for you and we will respond.

We’re sad to say that Doug Whalley died this week and hold Denyse and her family in our prayers.

May you know God’s presence and peace with you as we continue to move through this new reality,

Elizabeth

Because of the Provincial Health order on November 30th, moving Manitoba to “Red” and closing all religious buildings, the Executive has postponed in person, indoor worship, and closed the building to all user and church groups; staff will be in for specific tasks but mainly working from home; our non-essential building is limited to 5 people for specific tasks.
