Here is the recording of the Longest Night of the Year service. Jennifer Sisson, from Good Shepherd Anglican, and Elizabeth Brown (from Trinity United) normally gather on December 21, 2020 for an intimate, candle lit, peace filled service. This year, Jennifer and I recorded what would have happened, had we gathered. We couldn’t dim the lights, we had to wear masks and keep 2 meters distance between us, but we hope you will take some time to remember a loved one, grieve something you’ve lost, lay your burdens down, and find God’s peace in this service of candles, music and readings.
