Worship for April 26, 2020

Please click on the link below and you should be redirected to the video. The words to the hymn are on the power point. You can access it now or anytime, including Sunday morning.

Here is the link to our worship: https://youtu.be/x4YPy9KybkE

We hope this video or print worship reminds you of our regular time together on Sunday.

In addition, we are offering:

  • Bible study every Monday evening at 7:15pm;
  • The Big Question on Sunday May 5th at 9:30am – led by Irma;
  • Youth Group online on Sunday May 5th 11am to noon – led by Charlie Powell
  • Holy Yoga every Saturday at 10am and Monday at 3pm – led by Wynn

All of these are offered through an online Zoom call and if you’d like to take part, let me know; you can join by computer or phone.

Many people are calling to ask about supporting West Broadway Community Ministry and, after consulting with Lynda Trono, we are collecting juice boxes and granola bars. These will supplement the donated lunches. They can be dropped off Thursday or Sunday morning, 9-11am or call the church (204 260 1632) for pick up.

The Sew and Sews, and other quilters and sewers have sewn almost 300 masks for “Just a Warm Sleep”

The Moderator of the United Church, Richard Bott, will be offering an online worship service each Sunday for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. This will be a video-recorded service you can share. The easiest way to access and play the worship service is to go to: united-church.ca and scroll to the bottom of the home page. You’ll see “Moderator’s worship for April 26, 2020”, click on that and it will take you to the youtube video of the service.

Know that we are praying for each one of you as you find your way through this time. If you have an idea, prayer or story you’d like to share with me, please send it to me at: eliz.tuc@mymts.net.  I am sending out a mid-week, short email with a thought for the day and I’d love to hear what brings you hope, where you see God’s love in our world, and what you find inspirational. If you have comments, suggestions, or any thoughts about worship or how you’re doing, please be in touch. Trinity is here for you and we will respond.

May you know God’s presence with you as we continue to move through this new reality,

Elizabeth
